Results driven team with 60+ years of experience in business, accounting, financial services, and real estate lending & investing. 10W Capital has been successfully loaning funds for 10+ years to approved borrowers.

General partners, John Rizzo and Brian DiGiacco, are experienced CPA’s and founding partners of a Rochester, NY based firm providing business planning, accounting, auditing, personalized tax, and advisory services. 10W Capital has a strong pipeline of deals sourced through their proprietary networks and ecosystem of clients across several industries including construction, manufacturing, real estate, professional, service companies, distribution, and technology.

John A. Rizzo

Managing Partner

John Rizzo is the Managing Partner of 10W Capital. He was born in Niagara Falls, New York and received his B.S. degree, Magna Cum Laude, in Accounting from the State University of New York at Fredonia in 1995. John is a CPA with 28 years of experience and is the Managing Parter of RDG+Partners CPAs which he co-founded in 2005. John has expertise in providing financial consulting to a wide-variety of commercial businesses with extensive real estate, construction and M&A experience. John developed the 1RDG Financial Center concept that combines multiple financial services for clients under one roof. John started his first private lending fund over ten years ago in 2013 and has been investing in real estate and other industries for almost twenty years. John was certified in 1998 and is a past member of the board of directors and finance committee of the Boys and Girls Club of Rochester and Family First of NY Credit Union. John has been a member of Entrepreneurs Organization (EO) for twelve years and is a member of the AICPA and NYS Society of CPAs. John has been successful through hard work, dedication, and treating his clients’ businesses as if they were his own.

Brian M. DiGiacco

General Partner

Brian is a Rochester, NY native. He received his BS Degree in Accounting from the Rochester Institute of Technology in 1999 and received his CPA license in 2001. Brian co-founded RDG+Partners CPA firm in 2005. Brian specializes in providing outsourced CFO services including cash flow management and forecasting, cost control measures, budgeting, capital acquisition decisions, mergers & acquisitions and succession planning. His expertise also includes providing tax planning advice to a wide variety of closely held commercial businesses. Brian enjoys being involved in the local community including coaching a variety of youth soccer teams over the past 20 years and serving as the Finance chair on several non-for-profit Boards. Brian has also been a member of the Rochester chapter of Entrepreneurs Organization for the past 3 years. He strongly believes in giving back to the Rochester community and in 2017 formed the RDHB Foundation, known today as the RDG Foundation. The Foundation was formed to raise money for local charities and to provide educational, mentoring and other support for area youth.

Brendan R. Petrus

Fund Manager

Brendan grew up in Rochester, NY. He graduated from the University of Delaware with a bachelor’s degree in Finance and now has over 15 years of experience in finance, accounting, and banking. Brendan has served as the VP Finance of a regional bank since 2015. Prior to that, Brendan was a Markets Treasurer in the Corporate & Investment Bank of J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. He has extensive experience in liquidity management, risk oversite, regulatory reporting, financial planning, and financial analysis.
